Training matrix support

Accreditation applications ask for a training matrix listing your employees, reviewed within the last 12 months, covering trade, specialist, health & safety and induction training. We help you put the basic training in place — and keep the records to show it.

Qualification expiry dates come from the relevant certificate or card. Awareness refresher dates depend on your risks, company policy and assessor requirements — the example does not set a universal validity period. “Not required” should reflect an actual role assessment. Keep certificates and signed attendance records alongside the matrix and update it when staff, roles or training change.
